Loved the edited poem Christine, very evocative and wistful at the same time. I wondered why the normally very busy kabab van was closed Friday evening when I drove past, I thought they must be on holiday - I do hope it wasn't life threatening.
Thank you, Linda. It should be quicker to write less words, but I scribble it all down anyway and them look for the core meaning. I’m glad it’s working. There’s a handwritten notice on the kebab van, but I haven’t stopped to read it. There hasn’t been any official updates, so I assume the knives and tasers didn’t do too much damage.
